The responses will be permanently stored in the Hotel and Restaurant Museum’s collections. You can share your experiences and thoughts under your name, under a pseudonym or anonymously.

You do not have to answer all the questions and you can choose freely the topics you want to write about.

For example: How long you work, how many deliveries you do on a typical working day, how do you prepare for work?
What kind of equipment do you need for your work and how did you acquire it? How do you maintain and look after your equipment? Where do you store your equipment?
E.g. what it takes to be an entrepreneur, have you received any help, how much time is needed for, for example, administration?
E.g. how do you organise breaks, how do you take care of your well-being, how does the weather affect your work, do you work at night and what is that like, how do you balance work and other aspects of your life?

5. Storing and using the responses and photographs sent

I give my permission for the answers and possible image files I send to be stored in the collections of the Hotel and Restaurant Museum and used as described below.*
Responses and downloaded files are stored in the Hotel and Restaurant Museum's collections, where they are available to the museum itself and its customers for exhibitions, research, publications and communication. The material can be published online through the museum's channels and on the museum's Finna service (hrm.finna.fi). The museum handles and uses the material in accordance with the Museums Act and applicable data protection legislation and follows the ICOM Code of Ethics for Museums. The user of the material is responsible for ensuring that the material is not used for purposes that are offensive or harmful to the donor or their relatives.
