      Storing and using the responses and files sent

      I give my permission for the answers and/or text, sound and/or image files I send to be stored in the collections of the Hotel and Restaurant Museum and used as described below.*
      Responses and downloaded files are stored in the Hotel and Restaurant Museum's collections, where they are available to the museum itself and its customers for exhibitions, research, publications and communication. The material can be published online through the museum's channels and on the museum's Finna service (hrm.finna.fi). The museum handles and uses the material in accordance with the Museums Act and applicable data protection legislation and follows the ICOM Code of Ethics for Museums. The user of the material is responsible for ensuring that the material is not used for purposes that are offensive or harmful to the donor or their relatives.
