Meeting Room at Helsinki’s Cable Factory – Welcome to Our Museum!

Looking for a meeting room in Helsinki? If your group values a cozy atmosphere, snacks and refreshments, and reliable technology, consider booking a space at the Hotel and Restaurant Museum.

Our museum offers meeting spaces for both small and large groups. Our facilities are particularly suited for meetings of 10–20 people. For example, the cozy “Luontotila”, which accommodates 16 people, is a popular choice. Larger groups can book the “Tapahtumatila”, which offers space for about 50 people to work. For very large teams, it’s even possible to reserve the entire museum. The capacity of the spaces depends on the number of table spots your group requires. With a wide variety of tables and chairs and years of experience in creative setups, we’re ready to tailor the space to your needs!

Reservation made? Don’t forget catering and activities!

The groups most satisfied with our meeting spaces are those who combine their booking with catering and additional activities. Our expertise lies in providing suitable catering for meetings and organizing workshops or guided tours that inspire curiosity.

With snacks and coffee, your team will stay energized and creative throughout the meeting. A guided activity can also refresh minds during the day. Even during a workshop or tour, there’s no need to go thirsty—you can book sparkling wine service to accompany the activity, for example. Or how about creating edible art with your colleagues? After admiring your masterpiece, you can enjoy it as a snack—perfect for recharging!

The Cable Factory also has excellent lunch restaurants, making it easy to schedule a proper lunch break during your meeting.

At the Hotel and Restaurant Museum, you can order juice, tea, coffee, or sparkling drinks to complement your event.

Meeting technology at your service

Video projector, screen, ClickShare connection, flip chart, and fast wireless internet—these are the building blocks of a successful meeting. Our staff will happily help set up the equipment and test it with you to ensure everything runs smoothly.

If you need traditional notetaking tools, check out the inspiring notebooks and pens available in Cable museum’s shop in the lobby!
