Nautinnon nälkä -antologia tarjoaa lukijalle herkullisen kattauksen tuoreita suomalaisia ruokanovelleja. Kirjallisen keittiönsä avaavat Virpi Hämeen-Anttila, Erkka Mykkänen, Miki Liukkonen, Leena Parkkinen, Juha-Pekka Koskinen, Johanna Sinisalo, Hannu Väisänen ja Tuija Välipakka.

Kirja liittyy Hotelli- ja ravintolamuseon näyttelyyn Rakkauden tiloja – Nautinnon nälkä, joka kertoo rakkaudesta ravintolassa, oli sitten kyse rakkaudesta toiseen ihmiseen tai ruokaa. Kirja on toteutettu yhteistyössä 150-vuotisjuhliaan viettävän Ravintola Kappelin kanssa ja sen ovat toimittaneet Venla Rossi ja Jaakko Hämeen-Anttila.
