Night Workers – Share Your Experience With Us!

At the Hotel and Restaurant Museum, we want to hear about night work experiences in the hospitality industry. Night work means working between 11 PM and 6 AM.

We welcome responses from anyone who works or has worked nighttime hours in restaurants, hotels, or related businesses. Write freely in your own words. You don’t need to answer every question – just choose the topics you want to discuss. You can use your real name, a pseudonym, or stay anonymous. The survey takes about 10-15 minutes. You can also include audio, text or photos.

Take the survey here.

Night work is a vital part of the hospitality industry. By replying to our survey, you participate in preserving the experiences of hospitality workers. Your responses and photos will be saved in the Hotel and Restaurant Museum collections for exhibitions, publications, digital content, and research. We’ll also feature highlights in our Suomi syö ja juo -blog.

Thank you for your responses!
