Guided Tour: Discovering Finnish Flavours

How are Finnish history and nature reflected in the food and drink culture? What do people eat in the happiest country in the world? A guided tour of Finnish flavours and culture. The tour includes three food tastings and two drink tastings (mushroom salad on rye bread, game/reindeer sausage, bread cheese with cloudberry jam, non-alcoholic lonkero and home-made beer).
