Diary of a Food Courier
The mini exhibition at the Hotel and Restaurant Museum looks at the work of couriers from their own perspective. What is a typical working day like for a food courier, or is there such a thing? What are the conditions under which a courier works? Are there any challenges or joys in the job? In cooperation with the Service Sector Trade Union PAM and PAM Couriers Finland.

The 1960s and 1970s in Finland were a time of change and development. The standard of living rose, Finland became more urbanised and youth culture grew stronger. The restaurant scene was also undergoing changes. How did the changes in society affect restaurants and their customers? A photographic exhibition based on the collections of the Hotel and Restaurant Museum takes a look at the turbulent decades from the perspective of restaurants.
